The Practice is a beautiful vehicle to carry us through the next few seasons.
The term “qigong” is a combination of two words: “qi,” which means “subtle breath” or “vital energy,” and “gong,” which translates to “skill cultivated through steady practice.”
Together, the words describe an age-old practice that harnesses the power of breath, movement, and intention setting to create health and balance within the body, mind and spirit.

We will be practicing at 6:30am every morning Monday to Friday
and 7pm Tuesdays and Thursdays.Each practice will be one hour.

We will begin each practice with mics muted at the beginning.
There will be a chance for talk and discussion at the end of the practice.
* Once payment is received, a Zoom link will be sent for each month.
